- To make everyone’s lives easier, Producers and APs MUST use a Project Bible for each of their productions. Make a copy and save it to your Google Drive using the name of your project. Then, share it with all those involved in your Kick-Off Meetings/Emails.
- The Project Bible includes a Cover Page, Calendar, Hot Sheets, link posting tracker, Music Cue sheet, Redsheet, R&C review sheets, and a Workflow Checklist.
- Used by VICELAND and Branded production- so it will help streamline workflows across all departments.
- The link to this bible should be shared with music department for digital, our legal team, and R&C every time a cut is reviewed. They can make comments directly onto the bible, so there aren’t as many emails back and forth.
- This bible can be downloaded and uploaded in its entirety to VL2 once a piece is completed.
