LICENSING GUIDELINES/CHECKLIST
These are general rules we stick to and make sure to clarify with every new project, especially ones that have a bigger budget and will be clearing more tracks besides just library cues.
1. "Supported by" -----> Covered by our Jingle Punks and Audio Network blankets shared by Ricki / FREE
2. “Created with editorial” -----> Covered by our Jingle Punks and Audio Network blankets shared by Ricki / FREE
3. “Partner content” ----> Not covered by our blankets----> Standard library fee (see below for our rate cards) of $500 per track applies for 1 year, All media excluding theatrical, Worldwide, Top and tail cards, product placement, logos OR for existing music: regular fee for branded content or commercials to be negotiated by a set of terms dictated by the brand
4. “Client content / White Label” ----> Not covered by our blankets---->>Standard library fee (see below for our rate cards); All media excluding theatrical, Worldwide, Top and tail cards, product placement, logos OR for existing music: regular fee for branded content or commercials to be negotiated by a set of terms dictated by the brand

SOME HELPFUL TERMINOLOGY
For producers, editors, directors, post-production supervisors etc
The production bible is our “road map” which decreases the flow of emails and stores licensing terms and the cue sheet filled out by producers so music cue sheets can report all the music uses before / after each client presentation
