All branded/sponsored productions that have media attached to them MUST include Still Photography and Art Direction on set for at least key art. Check with ad ops on media buys for content.
If budgets are tight (as they usually are) please speak to Adam Mignanelli for ways to meet goals and still keep to your budget - Don't ignore his help!
PRO TIP: Reach out to Adam and Cristian Martinez in the budgeting phase so you can make sure you've budgeted the correct amount based on your needs. Invite Adam and Cristian to your kick-off meetings so they have more information about the piece and what your needs are. Include your proposed timeline, budget (if completed), PID (if been issued), and your specific asks in your correspondence with them.
All design time is now allocated as a direct cost, please reach Adam Mignanelli and/or Matt Schoen for quotes, and to find financial solutions.
For new branding of shows, etc., make sure to give Adam and Cristian at least a week's notice.
Best practice is to reach out to design team as soon as possible, even if it's a "I might need this but not sure" situation.
