Mexico worked with our international coordinator, Heather Hoang, to get all the releases so that their four episodes of Miscelánea could be posted globally. This production handbook will allow for every international video to have the potential to be posted globally. See the translated episodes below:

Here are our selects for top short form content for International - your teams are free to use these for social platforms.

Reminders

• Please do not share on broadcast TV, YouTube, or over the VICE website.
• Make sure to send preview links for all Strains, Smokeables, and Guide to Clubbing attempts to Adam Banicki, Veronica Mukhia, Chelsea Taylor, and Heather Hoang before uploading to social platforms so we can review the graphics design.
• Note that you may find downloadable files for both horizontal and square on the Short Form International tab at the bottom.
• Each video also has a separate tab for audience performance tracking, and these should be filled out 5-7 days after a video goes live. Fill out which ones you publish by marking in your respective territory - contact Katie Sharp for any tracking questions.**

Workflow

1. Receive assets from NYC via Google drive folder and Google doc containing A Frame links to clean splits and broadcast finals.
2. Use the clean split and broadcast versions to create a version for your market using the style templates provided. Some versions were created for both horizontal and square.
3. Do a thorough QC on all content BEFORE it is delivered for air using the QC template. On your first attempt - please send links for approval to Adam Banicki, Veronica Mukhia, and Chelsea Taylor before uploading to social platforms.
4. For questions, refer to the guidelines and Short Form Common Problems documents.
