• All production plans should be entered into this treatment template. See TREATMENT page
• Upload treatment to office specific folder in global production folder and add the link to the global content tracker spreadsheet
• Send link to heather@vice.com with the following subject line:

TREATMENT: [project name] , [country] , [producer/project lead]

• Feedback notes will be entered directly into treatment google doc.
• Note of feedback recorded in content tracker.

• To make everyone’s lives easier, Producers and APs should use a Project Bible for each of their productions. Make a copy and save it to your Google Drive using the name of your project. Then, share it with everyone involved.
• The Project Bible includes a Cover Page, Calendar, Hot Sheets, link posting tracker, Music Cue sheet, Redsheet, R&C review sheets, and a Workflow Checklist.

• Check previous or upcoming global productions for related material.
• We encourage the collective team to work together to create the best content possible. If another location is shooting/has shot relevant footage, reach out and ask for their assistance/footage.
