All archival photos, video, etc. should have the following naming convention:
ARC_Source Name_Clip ID_Brief Description.file extension
Remember that awesome video VICE posted back in 2012 with all the great b-roll that would be perfect for a production you're now working on?
R&C remembers - and if you want to use that footage you will need to clear the use through them.
