All VICE digital content is REQUIRED to have the following paperwork uploaded to the VL2 entry for a video PRIOR to the publication of that video:

3. RELEASE BINDER

The Release Binder includes:

• All Personal Releases (and on-camera video uploads)
• All Location Releases
• Photographs of any Blanket/Wide Area Releases
• All Archival Licenses and/or Materials Releases
• All Music Licenses (or, if the license will take a while to receive, email correspondence with the music licensing team confirming the rights!)
• Any/all email correspondence with Legal counsel concerning low-risk approvals / Fair Use

o MUST provide English translations of any music/archival licenses
