Creative Approval
- Please send to maggie.rummel@vice.com or heather@vice.com for initial approval.
  - Indicate whether this is from dotcom or vertical.
  - Provide a downloadable link (preferably Frame.io)
  - Include VL2 page
  - Confirm whether translations or transcription is available
Post Deliverables
- Please send both horizontal or square (or whatever is available) to ashley.palucci@vice.com and nycpost@vice.com
- If there are subtitles included in your original version - absolutely no WM when delivering to US
  - 1x Clean Split
  - 1x Broadcast - No Subs
  - 1x Broadcast - With Subs
- If there no subtitles in your original version - absolutely no WM when delivering to US
  - 1x Clean Split
  - 2x Broadcast
Translations or Transcriptions Deliverables
- Do you have a transcription available? If so:
  - You may send as .rtf, .srt, .xml, .vtt. We have the tools to convert. .rtf is the standard format.
  - If the transcription is for a non-English language, please indicate to us.
- Do you have an English translation available? If so:
  - You may send as .rtf, .srt, .xml, .vtt. We have the tools to convert. .rtf is the standard format.
  - This will be QCd by our team
- Do you have neither?
  - Please let us know in your initial approval request!
R&C Deliverables
- Please include link to the VL2 page with all necessary paperwork (listed below) - this will be sent to our R&C team. It is your responsibility to address R&C/legal notes (e.g.missing paperwork). If its a minor edit note (e.g. blurs or voice distortion) our US team can address.
  - If this is a cut-down from a full-length piece
    - Same red sheet and music sheet from full-length
    - Same respective releases as full-length
    - There should be *no* new footage
  - If this is an original short form piece:
    - Red sheet + music cue sheet
    - All respective releases
