Pesto Cheese Dip - Only Three Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese - regular or reduced fat at room temperature
  • Small Jar of Classico Traditional Basil Pesto - we used half of a  8.1 oz jar
  • Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, sliced in thirds - enough to top with a single layer

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.  

In an 8 inch pie plate or your favorite baking dish that is comparable, spread cream cheese evenly.  Next spread a thin layer of pesto and then top with tomatoes.  Bake on middle rack of oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until it begins to bubble or the cheese at the edge of the baking dish begins to turn a light golden brown. Remove and serve warm with your favorite crackers, pita chips or baguette. Enjoy!
