Best-Ever Clam Dip


  • 2 (8 ounces) blocks of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2 (6.5 ounces) cans of minced clams, drained well
  • 1/2 cup sweet or yellow onion (or more to taste), chopped small to medium  
  • juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl, squeeze lemon juice over top and mix until well blended. Spoon into oven safe dish, bake on middle rack of oven for 20-25 minutes, until dip starts to turn light golden brown. Remove. Serve warm with favorite crackers and/or banquette.
