Quick & Easy Oven-Barbecued Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (approximately 2 cups needed) 
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 

For a quick clean up, line your pan with parchment paper. 


Rinse wings and pat dry. Bend each wing, tucking the tip under the large joint forming a triangle. *If some don't want to stay, just leave as is. 


Next, salt and pepper both sides of wings. Place wings in a single layer in a roasting pan or baking sheet, bake on middle rack of oven for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown, flipping wings once midway through baking. 


When ready, remove wings from oven and drain any fat. Baste wings with barbecue sauce on both sides, return to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Last, turn wings over and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
