Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Honey Cookies

Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen


1 Cup Butter, softened at room temperature

1/2  Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup White Sugar

2 1/2 Cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 teaspoon Salt

6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

6 oz Reese's Peanut Butter Chips


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.  Next honey and peanut butter.  Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed until smooth and creamy.  Next, add flour, baking soda and salt. Using a spoon, mix everything together until just blended - do not over mix.  Add Reese's peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.  Fold chips into dough, until just blended.  Do Not Over Mix.   Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough on a non-stick cookie sheet, (I use a Pampered Chef Medium Size Scoop).  Place cookie sheet on middle rack of oven, bake for approximately 18 mins, until golden brown.  Remove from oven, cool on counter or cooling rack -  Enjoy!
