Ingredients
6 oz bag of Fresh Baby Spinach
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz Feta, crumbled
2 Cloves Garlic, mined
3 Green Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (more if you like)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions
In a sauce pan, heat olive oil on medium heat, add garlic, green onion and spinach. Cook, turning/folding spinach continuously, for approximately 5 minutes until done. Remove from pan, drain any excess liquid.
Chop spinach and place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended well.
Place in fridge and allow to chill for a few hours. Enjoy with your favorite crackers, breads, bagels and veggies!
