Spinach & Dill Cheese Spread/Dip

6 oz bag of Fresh Baby Spinach
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz  Feta, crumbled
2 Cloves Garlic, mined
3 Green Onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (more if you like)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

In a sauce pan, heat olive oil on medium heat, add garlic, green onion and spinach.  Cook, turning/folding spinach continuously for approximately 5 minutes until done - see picture below. Remove from pan, drain any excess liquid.  Chop spinach and place in large mixing bowl.   Add remaining ingredients.  Mix until blended well.  Place in fridge and allow to chill for a few hours.  Enjoy with your favorite crackers, breads, bagels and veggies!
