December 14

Today we completed the Kannada assessment based on the topics covered so far. The kids did great.

We reviewed the previous lesson and learned words from ‘ಎ’ to ‘ಅಂ,’ along with body parts. Next class, there will be test to identify Kannada words from ಅ to ಅಂ from the textbook.

October 26

Kids took on a 5 minute challenge to learn reading Kannada vowels, and everyone gave their best effort.  They also tried writing ‘Deepavali’ in Kannada and added a touch of creativity with some beautiful art.

October 12

Today kids practiced writing Kannada vowels, revised vegetable names, learnt a short Kannada self-introduction, and finished the pending poem.

Homework:

Practice writing in the Kannada writing book:

• Anvi: ಅ to ಈ

• Ahana: ಉ to ಋ

Ask kids to give a short self-introduction in Kannada . They’ve already practiced it in class.

Homework: Practice writing Kannada vowels, Learn any 5 kannada words.

Today we learnt Kannada vowels ,numbers till 10, vegetable names and  Kannada poem. The children enjoyed learning different animal names and their sounds.

Homework: Practice Kannada vowels and numbers 1–10 orally (since practice books are not yet available).
