This class covers: At the end of this class, student would be able to read and write letters in Hindi. They will be able to read simple words, know basic vocabulary, and speak in basic sentences.

- We also covered 3 different poems. The first one was about flying kites, and the second one was about how fish are the queen of water. The third one was about praying to the allmighty to give us shelter.

- Today in class we learned a poem. All students acted out the poem in order to understand it better.
- After developing a level of understanding from the poem all students recited it while also acting it out.
- Students also reviewed the story learned last week. They were asked to identify objects from the story and tell the storyline in hindi
- Students practiced identifying colors on the slides and on items such a clothing.
- Students revised Hindi consonants.
- The students also played a game where they switched into teams and practiced identifying letters. Team A and B tied at 4 points.

- Consider playing a children's hindi TV show at some point during the week such as Chhota Bheem, Motu Patlu, Doaremon etc. which can be found on YouTube.
