Namaskara dear parents - Today we went through words with swajaathi otthakshara- kids were asked to come up to the board to write the words. Next week we will cover vijaathi otthakshara words. Our teenage volunteer Ms Ashritha covered couple of pages from Kannada level 1 text book and Vaniji taught the patriotic song. We also went through prepositions and did some writing. Pls have your kids complete their homework. See you all next Sunday 🙏

Namaskara dear parents- This Sunday we started prepositions (padha Punja) we will continue reviewing this in our next class too. We asked each child to come up to the board and write a Kannada word containing otthakshara. Pls have your child review otthakshara at home, they will be asked to write more words in the next class. We had a writing session and also practiced the song. Pls make sure your child gets a note book, pencil , copywriting book and Kannada level 1 book to class. Until next Sunday have a great week

Namaskara dear parents- Today we had only four students in the class. We did a recap of SarvanamagaLu, then we had a writing session. Our teenage volunteer Ms. Ashritha went over the Kannada words from the level 1 text book. Since Vani ji was unavailable we tried to sing the patriotic song by playing the song from the YouTube video. Pls have your kids listen to the song a few times a week. We don’t have HATS next week due to thanksgiving weekend- so we will meet the following weekend. Until then take care and have a great long weekend

Namaskara dear parents- Today we covered fruits, vegetables and numbers from level 1 of Kannada text book. Then we reviewed pronouns (sarvanaamagaLu). Pls go over the list with your child. We will do a recap of the pronouns next week again for kids who missed class. The kids will be asked to frame sentences using SarvanamagaLu. For homework, continue the copywriting and also review all the pages covered from level 1 book so far.

Namaskara dear parents- we had a short class today and were able to cover couple pages from level one Kannada book. We went through body parts and kids were asked to frame sentences and read out words from the book. We also practiced the song. Next week we will start pronouns (SarvanamagaLu). Until next weekend
