Today, we chanted the Gayatri Mantra, followed by learning the Hindi swar (vowels): short oo (उ), long oo (ऊ), e (ए), and ai (ऐ).

Please help your child practice these vowels at home. For homework, have them write each of the 8 letters 5 times each.
