We started our class with chanting Aum, discussed how everyone spent their winter holidays.
We covered the story of the 4th avatar of Lord Vishnu – Narasimha Avatar, and discussed why we celebrate Holi.
We also revised the previous avatars covered in class: Matsya, Kurma, and Varaha.Please ask your child what they learned today, it really helps them reflect and strengthen their memory.
Students are requested to practice Saraswati shloka, Ganesha Shloka, and the aarti “Om Jai Jagdish Hare.”
Namaste Parents 🙏. Today we learned about the Matsya and Varaha avatars of Lord Vishnu. The kids also enjoyed doing small crafts related to the lesson.

Thank you for helping kiddos to participate in their first virtual class of the year. We started the class with three Om chanting and reciting few shlokas from assembly. We learned about Lord Vishnu swaroop and 10 Avatar of Lord Vishnu, please ask your kiddos the name of Avatars for lord Vishnu it will help them remember. We also practiced “Om Jai Jagdish Hare”.
Please encourage the kids to practice their shlokas and bhajan at home, as it helps them participate confidently in class.

We started the class by reciting three Om and the prayer “Om Jai Jagdish Hare”, followed by learning the Saraswati Shloka “Saraswati bamastubhyam”. We also read a Panchatantra story that taught the kids an important lesson — stealing is not good. After that, the kids enjoyed a small craft activity.

We talked little about lord Ganesha. We all enjoyed creating beautiful Ganesha ornaments together. They also practiced their first Shloka: “Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samaprabha” and learned the opening lines of the Bhajan “Om Jai Jagdeesh Hare.”
Next Sunday we learn more about lord Ganesha
It would be wonderful if you could help them recite these at home as much as possible.
