When President Trump tested positive for Covid-19 on Oct. 2, he was taken to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where he was treated with Remdesivir, Dexamethasone, and Regeneron.

¨He's [was] on a routine regimen of COVID therapy," stated his physician Sean Conley to USA Today.

Trump was diagnosed after 24 hours of the test and was given monoclonal antibodies after 48 hours of his diagnosis. The first drug they used was an experimental cocktail of two monoclonal antibodies from Regeneron, which is used to boost the patient's immune response and decrease viral loads. Trump got his first dose of Remdesivir on Oct. 2, which is originally developed to treat Ebola infection. Remdesivir is now used to treat patients with severe Covid 19 cases.

Trump received Dexamethasone. It helps mitigate inflammation in the lungs and tempers the patient's immune system. The drug has been used since 1977 in many cases of autoimmune disease, and is used for cancer and endocrine disorder. It is now being used in COVID cases.

¨Rest assured I expect the president to continue carrying out his without disruption while recovering,¨ Dr. Conley said to CNN.

President Trump returned to the White House after three days of being hospitalized.

¨I passed the highest test, the highest standards and I´m in good shape,” he told Fox News.
