Design a daily schedule before a test with activities that promote learning while managing exam stress
*Predictable Misunderstandings
Many cultures may have varying attitudes towards stress, allow students to talk from their experiences with these and do not make assumptions about what is "good/bad" stres management–it depends on the individual!
To avoid Instructional Ambiguity during the delivery of the final activity ("Stress Management Schedule"), specify to students that their schedule can include ANYTHING they believe will help them manage stress, but make it EXPLICIT that they must be able to further explain why this schedule will manage their exam stress.
