The Seventh Day is the Millennium!
***What Does Genesis 2:1-3 TRULY mean?
Here is Genesis 2:1-3 from the KJV. “Genesis 2:1. Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
The SEVENTH Day PROVES that the first SIX days in Genesis chapter 1 are PROPHECIES of six 1000 year-long days of God’s plan of salvation.
And the Seventh day is the 1000-year reign of Jesus as the Lord of the Sabbath.
The word “EVENING” means the TURNING to DARKNESS.
And the word “MORNING” means the TURNING to the LIGHT.
According to 2 Peter 3:8, some people are WILLINGLY ignorant that ONE DAY is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as ONE DAY.

Does Exodus 20:11 PROVE that the Six Days In Genesis Chapter 1 Are LITERAL 24 Hour Days?
Let us begin this study in God’s word by reading Exodus 20:11 first, and then we will compare it to the literal translation of Genesis 2:1-3.
Exodus 20:11.
“For in SIX DAYS the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and RESTED the SEVENTH DAY: wherefore. the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.”
Now, the seventh day of the week Sabbath-keeping Christians use Exodus 20:11 to TRY and prove that Almighty God gave the commandment to Adam and Eve to REST on the SEVENTH day of every week.
But that is NOT what the Bible ITSELF teaches us. Since I already have several studies exposing the errors of interpretation made by Sabbath-keeping Christians, I will refer my readers to those studies.
Please read the following studies that prove beyond any shadow of a doubt that God did NOT give the commandment of the Sabbath day of rest to Adam and Eve.
But for now, please know and understand that the English word “in” is NOT in the original Hebrew text.
So then, for six days or for six revolutions of TIME, Yahweh “asah” the heavens and the earth.
In other words, for six 1000 year-long days Yahweh FIXED the earth to create the first Adam or first human whom he made a little LOWER than the Elohim, according to Psalm 8:1-6, for the PURPOSE of STILLING His ENEMIES.
Yes, the Hebrew word “asah” is translated as “made”, but when we compare other verses, we can clearly see that God RESTORED the earth after He BRUISED the earth to bring about peace to end the war in heaven.
Also, notice that the Sabbath, which means “intermission” is called Yahweh’s Sabbath.
And, according to Jesus in Mark 2:27,28, the Sabbath was made for MAN and NOT that man was made for the Sabbath. And the Son of MAN is Lord also of the Sabbath.
In other words, the Son of MAN was MADE Lord FOR the Sabbath, according to Acts 2:36.
So then, keep all of this in mind as you continue to read this Verse Study to learn the TRUE SOUND Biblical meaning of Genesis 2:3, proving that ALL seven days in Genesis chapters 1 and 2, are seven 1000 year-long days and NOT seven 24 hour days as some YEC Christians dogmatically demand.
Now, the rest of this Verse Study will be focused upon whether or not the SIX days in Genesis chapter 1 are LITERAL 24 hour days.
Or whether the SIX days in Genesis chapter 1 are 1000 years each for a total of 6,000 years from Adam to the second coming of Jesus to rule as the Lord of the Sabbath for 1000 years.
It should become quite clear to most Christians, after they read the LITERAL translation of Genesis 2:1-3, that the SEVENTH day is a PROPHECY of Yahweh’s Sabbath in the FUTURE.
So then, let us go ahead and read from the LITERAL translation about the TRUE SEVENTH DAY in Genesis 2:1-3 being a PROPHECY of a FUTURE seventh day.
Genesis 2:1-3 from the LITERAL translation.
“And they are BEING FINISHED the heavens and the earth and all the host of them.
Genesis 2:2. And He is FINISHING DURING the SEVENTH DAY the work of Him He did, and He is ceasing in the seventh day from all work of Him which He did.
Genesis 2:3. And God is BLESSING (Aleph Tav Messiah Jesus) day of seventh. And He is making Holy (Aleph Tav Messiah Jesus) him THAT IN him He ceased from work of Him which He CREATED (His) God to do”
In other words, according to Psalm 8:1-6, God made man and the Son of MAN BECAUSE of His ENEMIES.
And Almighty God knows full well that what He creates is perfect.
Thus, Yahweh will REST in full ASSURANCE that His new God, Jesus, will NOT rebel against Him like Lucifer and the fallen Elohim did during a PREVIOUS AGE of the earth.
For you see, the whole purpose of the Law of Moses contained in ORDINANCES is a SCHOOLMASTER to lead the children of Israel to their Messiah, whom we as Christians know is Jesus.
And thus, the PHYSICAL resting from PHYSICAL work on the LITERAL seventh day of the week was a SHADOW pointing to Jesus Christ or Jesus Messiah to REST in his RIGHTEOUSNESS to be ASSURED that we are complete or PERFECT in him.
With that being said, the first thing that I want you to notice is that there is no mention of the phrase “And the evening and the morning were the” being associated with the SEVENTH day like there is in the first SIX days in Genesis chapter 1.
Genesis 1:5.
“And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
Genesis 1:8.
“And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.”
Genesis 1:13.
“And the evening and the morning were the third day.”
Genesis 1:19.
“And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.”
Genesis 1:23.
“And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.”
Genesis 1:31.
“And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.”
But no MENTION of “And the evening and the morning were the seventh day” in Genesis 2:1-3.
So then, have you ever wondered WHY the Jewish day STARTS with DARKNESS coming on?
Well, it is because the DAY of RESTORATION of all things BEGAN with the DAY of DARKNESS covering the face of the deep.
And on the FIRST day of restoring LIGHT in God’s Kingdom over the earth, God said, Let there be LIGHT, and there was light.
And God saw that the ALEPH TAV light was good.
Then God DIVIDED or separated the LIGHT from the DARKNESS. And then God called the light DAY and the darkness He called NIGHT.
And evening and morning were the first day.
So again, think about the SEVEN days as being SHADOWS, FIGURES, proverbs, parables, allegories, and PROPHECIES of what God is PLANNING to do in order to put an END to the DARKNESS and the LIGHT.
For you see, once all evil is destroyed in the lake of fire, there will be no need for light, because God Himself, according to Revelation 22:5 and Isaiah 60:19,20.
So then, the word “EVENING” is a figure of good TURNING to DARKNESS or good becoming evil.
And the word “MORNING” is a figure of coming OUT of the darkness into the LIGHT.
With that being said, let us read Daniel 8:26, which is a PROPHECY being given to Daniel in a VISION of the EVENING and the MORNING.
Daniel 8:26.
“And the VISION of the EVENING and the MORNING which was told is true: wherefore, you are to shut up the vision; for it shall be for many days.”
So then, by the time we get to verse 26, the vision of the evening and the morning had already been TOLD to Daniel.
Daniel 8:16,17.
“And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the VISION.
Daniel 8:17. So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the END shall be the vision.”
This is not SIMPLY saying that the vision will be fulfilled at the time of the END.
But rather, it is ALSO saying that the END shall BE the VISION itself.
In other words, the vision was of the EVENING and the DAY.
Thus, at the TIME of the END shall be the END of the EVENING and the MORNING.
To say this another way, DAY and NIGHT will come to an END at the TIME of the END.
So then, what do the words “DAY and NIGHT” symbolize, and WHEN is the TIME of the END that day and night will CEASE.
Genesis 8:22.
“While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall NOT cease.”
However, when the earth PASSES AWAY with a great noise and the elements melt with fervent heat, then all EVIL will be DESTROYED never to rise again.
Thus, the CONFLICT between the LIGHT and the DARKNESS, that is CALLED DAY and NIGHT in Genesis 1:5, will CEASE.
For you see, there will be no more SEA in the NEW Heaven and the NEW earth, according to Revelation 21:1.
Revelation 21:1.
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first (Or because the FORMER) heaven and the first (Or FORMER) earth were passed away; and there was no more SEA.”
Notice that the word “SEA” is in the SINGULAR and that there are no less than seven seas in the plural on the earth.
So, to me, the words “no more SEA” is symbolic language for no more WICKEDNESS and EVIL in the NEW Heaven and the NEW earth.
Isaiah 57:20,21.
“But the WICKED are like the troubled SEA, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
Isaiah 57:21. There is no peace, says my God, to the WICKED.”
Isaiah 17:12 from the New International Version.
“Woe to the many nations that RAGE— they RAGE like the raging SEA! Woe to the peoples who roar— they roar like the roaring of great waters!”
Psalm 17:12 from the New Living Translation.
“Listen! The ARMIES of many nations ROAR like the roaring of the SEA. Hear the thunder of the mighty forces as they rush forward like thundering waves.”
Now, the word “WATERS” in the Bible is sometimes used “symbolically” to refer to multitudes of PEOPLE, according to Revelation 17:1,15.
Revelation 17:1.
“And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto you the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many WATERS:...
…Revelation 17:15. And he said unto me, The WATERS which you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.”
So then, the DIVIDING of the WATERS in Genesis 1:6-8 was to SEPARATE the waters BELOW the firmament from the waters ABOVE the firmament.
And that separating of the WATERS speaks symbolically of Almighty God separating the UPROAR of fallen angels from waging war against the good angels to make PEACE.
In other words, God set or APPOINTED the firmament that already existed as a BOUNDARY line that is not to be crossed by the FALLEN angels.
Thus, the fallen angels are imprisoned to the earth to face the Day of Judgment.
And Yahweh will use the SEVENTH day of His NEW God, Jesus, ruling over the earth in PEACE for 1000 years to JUDGE the world by the MAN whom He ORDAINED and raised from the DEAD, according to Acts 17:31.
Let us read one more passage of Scripture where FLOOD waters symbolically speak of WAR against Yahweh’s throne.
Psalm 93:1-5.
“The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith He has girded Himself: the world ALSO is established, that it cannot be moved.
Psalm 93:2. Your throne is established of old: You are from everlasting.
Psalm 93:3. The FLOODS have lifted up, O LORD, the FLOODS have lifted up their voice; the FLOODS lift up their waves.
Psalm 93:4. The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many WATERS, yea, than the mighty waves of the SEA.
Psalm 93:5. Your testimonies are very sure: holiness becomes Your house, O LORD, forever.”
I highlighted the words “established” in green, because I believe that using another meaning of the Hebrew word would be a more correct translation and a better understanding of this passage of Scripture.
Here is how the concordance in E-Sword defines the Hebrew word “translated” as “established” in verses 1 and 2.

Total KJV occurrences: 217.
Simply ask yourself WHY an Almighty God would need to GIRD Himself with STRENGTH to simply establish His throne of OLD?
To me, the angels around Yahweh’s throne cried out to Yahweh in fear of the army of angels waging a WAR against Yahweh’s throne saying, we are under attack.
This is a whole study in and of itself, which I have only touched upon a little bit here and there in some of my other studies on the subject of the PREVIOUS AGE of the earth.
So, for now in this study, I will simply quote Psalm 93:1-5 again using a DIFFERENT meaning of the Hebrew word “kûn”.
Psalm 93:1-5 with a more CORRECT translation.
“The LORD reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith He has girded Himself: the world ALSO is FIXED and set ARIGHT, that it cannot be moved. (Or God made the earth certain and firm that it would not move OUT of COURSE to shake and reel to and fro off its axis.
That is to say, the earth will remain stable UNTIL the END of DAY and NIGHT, when the prophecy in Isaiah 24:20 will be fulfilled and the earth shall PASS AWAY to destroy all of the wicked in the lake of fire after the final Day of Judgment)
Psalm 93:2. Your throne is FIXED and set ARIGHT of OLD: (In other words, Yahweh and His faithful angels fought off the attack and seized back His throne of authority as the God of gods.
God “established” His throne and made in certain and FIRM against any further rebellion of the fallen angels) You are from everlasting.
Psalm 93:3. The FLOODS have lifted up, (Or the ARMIES of the other side of heaven are attacking us) O LORD, the FLOODS have lifted up their voice; the FLOODS lift up their waves. (Notice that the FLOODS of waters have a VOICE and there were many attacks coming like the WAVE of water.
So to me, the attack on Yahweh’s throne does not necessarily mean that Yahweh’s throne ROOM itself was attacked.
But rather, it was small pieces of Yahweh’s Kingdom throughout the universe being attacked and overthrew or conquered to become a part of Lucifer’s armies)
Psalm 93:4. The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many WATERS, yea, than the mighty waves of the SEA.
Psalm 93:5. Your testimonies are very sure: holiness becomes Your house, O LORD, forever.”
So then, in the LIGHT of the WHOLE word of Almighty God, we can clearly see, the LIGHT and DARKNESS is used symbolically to refer to GOOD and EVIL.
And thus, for the YEC Christians to dogmatically demand that the SIX DAYS in Genesis 1:3-31 MUST be interpreted as LITERAL 24 hour days is making a GROSS ERROR in their INTERPRETATION of the Scriptures.
For you see, God called the light DAY and the darkness He called NIGHT.
And the Apostle Paul teaches us that we as Christians are the children of the DAY and the unsaved are the children of the NIGHT.
1 Thessalonians 5:4,5.
“But you, brethren, are NOT in DARKNESS, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
1 Thessalonians 5:5. You are all the children of LIGHT, and the children of the DAY: we are NOT of the NIGHT, nor of DARKNESS.”
And God is taking SIX 1000 year long DAYS to SEPARATE the LIGHT from the DARKNESS.
And at the COMING of Jesus, the children of the LIGHT will be given ETERNAL LIFE to rule and reign with Jesus.
The children of the NIGHT who die BEFORE the coming of Jesus will remain in the grave until the final Day of Judgment.
And the children of the NIGHT who are ALIVE at the come of Jesus will go into the SEVENTH DAY only if they SURVIVE the WRATH of the Lamb and they REPENT and call upon the name of the Lord to be saved ALIVE in their MORTAL bodies.
The children of the NIGHT will WORK during the SEVENTH day, but the children of the LIGHT will REST from all of their works, according to Hebrews 4:4-11 and Revelation 14:13.
This concludes this Verse Study on Genesis 2:3 in this series of studies showing the ERRORS of interpretation make by the YEC Christians who TRY to support their wrong belief that the entire universe was created just 6,000 years ago is SIX literal days.
