Book 1 Chapter 6.
Was God’s Son BEGOTTEN in the Eternity Past?
Let us read John 3:16 out of CONTEXT first, then I will explain why the “translation” in the King James Version does NOT FIT or AGREE with the WHOLE word of Almighty God.
I will emphasize the words “GAVE” and “BEGOTTEN” to show you WHY this translation in the King James Version CONTRADICTS what the Bible ITSELF actually teaches.
John 3:16.
“For God so loved the world, that He GAVE His only BEGOTTEN Son, that whosoever believes in him (The only BEGOTTEN Son) should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
In other words, we must believe that the Son of God was BEGOTTEN by God. Whosoever BELIEVES in him, God’s only BEGOTTEN Son, should not perish but have everlasting life.
So, if God GAVE His already existing divine Son from heaven as Trinitarian Christians teach, then WHY did the Apostle John write “His only BEGOTTEN Son”.
Do you see the problem here with the doctrine of the Trinity NOT agreeing with the WHOLE word of Almighty God?
If God GAVE His only BEGOTTEN Son that He sent down from heaven as the doctrine of the Trinity teaches, then that would mean that the Son of God was BEGOTTEN up in heaven.
And that would mean that the so-called “always existing God the Son with NO Beginning in order to be Almighty God Himself”, had a BEGINNING.
Now, let us read a more correct translation, in my own opinion, that AGREES with the CONTEXT and also agrees with the WHOLE word of Almighty God.
John 3:16.
“FOR God so loved the world, (Or BECAUSE God so loved the “Kosmos”, the whole universe) that He RECEIVED His only BEGOTTEN Son, that whosoever believes in him (The only BEGOTTEN Son from the DEAD) should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Here how the concordance in E-Sword defines the Greek word “didōmi” in John 3:16 that is translated as GAVE in the KJV.

A prolonged form of a primary verb (which is used as an alternate in most of the tenses); to give (used in a very wide application, properly or by implication, literally or figuratively; greatly modified by the connection): - adventure, bestow, bring forth, commit, deliver (up), give, grant, hinder, make, minister, number, offer, have power, put, receive, set, shew, smite (+ with the hand), strike (+ with the palm of the hand), suffer, take, utter, yield.
God created His Son in the womb of the Virgin Mary to be BORN as God’s HUMAN Son without an earthly father.
God then MADE His human Son, the Son of MAN, Jesus, to BECOME His “only begotten Son” by DELIVERING up the soul of His human Son from Hell to BRING FORTH His created human Son from the DEAD, according to Acts 13:32-41.
And then, God RECEIVED His only BEGOTTEN Son from the DEAD into heaven to ENTER INTO His GLORY, according to Luke 24:26.
Luke 24:26.
“Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to ENTER INTO his GLORY?”
God did all of this so THAT whosoever BELIEVES in him, the only REGENERATED Son from the DEAD, the FIRSTBORN of every creation, the firstborn from the DEAD shall NOT perish, but have eternal life.
Here is how the concordance in E-Sword defines the Greek word translated as “BEGOTTEN” in Acts 13:34.

From a variation of G1085; to procreate (properly of the father, but by extension of the mother); figuratively to regenerate: - bear, beget, be born, bring forth, conceive, be delivered of, gender, make, spring.
Total KJV occurrences: 97.
When Christians truly understand it was the Son of MAN that was BEGOTTEN by God at the RESURRECTION, for God’s HUMAN Son to become God’s ETERNAL Son, then you can see why the gospels record the events of Jesus in the PAST tense.
For example, John 1:14 says the Apostles BEHELD the GLORY, the GLORY AS of the only BEGOTTEN of the Father.
So, WHEN did the Apostles of Jesus BEHOLD the GLORY of Jesus?
They did not even know Jesus at the time of his Virgin birth.
Yes, they saw a VISION of glory at the mount of transfiguration. But Jesus had not yet SUFFERED or ENDURED the cross to ENTER INTO his GLORY as OF the only BEGOTTEN of the Father.
For you see, according to John 7:39, Jesus was NOT YET GLORIFIED until AFTER the cross and resurrection.
John 7:39.
“(But this spoke he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him (The only BEGOTTEN Son) should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was NOT YET GLORIFIED.)”
Now let us read John 3:16 in CONTEXT. Remember that John 3:16 BEGINS with the word “FOR” God so loved the world. That Greek word means BECAUSE.
In other words, something happens or is about to happen in John 3:13-15 BECAUSE God so loved the world.
To say this another way, if God did NOT love the world, then God would NOT have ordained a MAN to suffer and die on the cross for the sins of the world.
John 3:13-21.
“And no MAN has ASCENDED UP to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of MAN which is in heaven. (Speaking of the Son of Man who was BEGOTTEN from the DEAD, according to Acts 13:28-41, Hebrews 1:5, and ASCENDED up into heaven, according to the prophecies in Psalm 2:6-12, Proverbs 30:4, and 1 Chronicles 22:10.
Jesus ascended up into heaven right after talking to Mary Magdalene in John 20:17-19, but Jesus foretold the Son of MAN ascending into heaven and descending back down in John 3:31, which is actually part of the CONTEXT of John 3:16.
Jesus descended back down from heaven that same evening to show himself alive for forty days, according to John 20:19, Luke 24:26-40, and Acts 1:2,3.
Then the only BEGOTTEN from the dead GLORIED Son of MAN ASCENDED back up to heaven where he was before 40 days earlier to be RECEIVED up into heaven to be SEATED on God’s THRONE, according to Mark 16:19, Luke 9:51, John 6:62, John 13:1, John 16:5, 1 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 12:1,2, 1 Peter 3:22, and Revelation 5:12.
In other words, the now GLORIFIED Son of MAN is seated at the right hand of his God and Father where heaven must RECEIVE him until the restitution or the RESTORING of all things, according to Acts 3:21 and Isaiah 1:26-28)
John 3:14. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so MUST the Son of MAN be lifted up: (And NOT a God the Son must die on the cross)
John 3:15. THAT whosoever BELIEVES in him (BELIEVES in the Son of MAN, Jesus, who laid down his own life of his own free will to be tortured and crucified on the cross for the sins of the world) should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God So Loved the World
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, (Or BECAUSE God so loved the “Kosmos”, the whole universe) that He RECEIVED His only BEGOTTEN Son, THAT whosoever believes in him (The only BEGOTTEN Son from the DEAD) should not perish, but have everlasting life. (For you see, according to Psalm 75:6,7, God is DETHRONING one and PROMOTING another to be the God over the whole earth. God needs to RESTORE or REPLACE the fallen gods seeing that they will be consumed to ashes in the lake of fire)
John 3:17. For God SENT not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (The Greek word translated as “SENT” means COMMISSIONS, which means to GIVE POWER and authority to accomplish the task one is given to do.
Please read chapter 6 of Book 5 to learn the TRUE sound Biblical meaning of the phrase, “God SENT His Son into the world,”)
John 3:18. He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes NOT is condemned ALREADY, BECAUSE he has NOT believed in the NAME of the ONLY BEGOTTEN Son of God. (Here we see that we are to believe in the NAME OF the only BEGOTTEN Son. Yet some Christians have never been taught that God gave the Son of MAN, Jesus, a NEW NAME after the cross and resurrection

John 3:19. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. (The word “EVIL” in the Bible simply means not BELIEVING God to do things God’s WAY.
God told the children of Israel to go and possess the land, but they disobeyed what God said to do.
Instead of doing what God said, they sent 12 spies to see if it was POSSIBLE to possess the land.
Ten spies came back with an EVIL report saying, it is impossible to do what God said to do.
And the TWO spies who BELIEVED God over the EVIDENCE of what the SAW said, Yahweh is WITH us and we can and we will take the land)
John 3:20. For every one that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. (The light is the teachings of Jesus that God put in his mouth to teach the people.
The light was prophesied to come in Genesis 1:3,4, when God said, Let there be light and God saw the Aleph Tav Messiah Jesus light that it was good.
The Aleph Tav, the first and the last letters of the Hebrew alphabet, are not translated.
The light coming into the world of filled with darkness and evil is a hidden prophecy of the Messiah Jesus)
John 3:21. But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.”
This concludes chapter 6 of Book 1 The Bible Made SIMPLE to UNDERSTAND!
In the next chapter called “Book 1 Chapter 7 John 1:1 Made SIMPLE!”, I will review and summarize chapters 1-6 all together.
Then in “Book 1 Chapter 8 Seeing the BIG PICTURE of God’s PLAN!”, we will take even a CLOSER look at the true sound Biblical God INTENDED meaning of the phrase, “God GAVE His only BEGOTTEN Son”.
In other words, I will show you the Scriptures that prove John 3:17 should be translated as “God so loved the world that He RECEIVED His only BEGOTTEN Son”.

Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
