God’s Human Son Died for Our Sins!
***What Does Romans 8:3 TRULY mean?
Here is Romans 8:3 from the KJV. “For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:”
Did God send God the Son down from heaven to take on sinful flesh as Trinitarian Christians interpret this verse of Scripture?
Or was sinful flesh laid upon God’s human Son to bear the sins of the world?
Also, are we BORN with a SINFUL NATURE? Did we inherit a sinful NATURE from Adam?
What does the Bible ITSELF mean by the phrase “SINFUL FLESH”? Does it mean that it is our NATURE to sin?
Were we all BORN short of the glory of God? Or did we all come short of the glory of God because we all have committed a sin at some point in our life?

Does Romans 8:3 Teach That We Have a NATURE to Sin?
If We have a SINFUL NATURE, Then So Did Jesus!
We Are NOT BORN With a NATURE to SIN!
Numbers 23:19 Says God is NOT a MAN that He Should LIE!
And NEITHER is God the Son of MAN the He Should REPENT!
Let us begin this study in God’s word by reading Romans 8:3 to see what the CONTEXT is teaching us.
Romans 8:3.
“For what the law could NOT do, in that it was weak through the flesh, (See Acts 15:7-24 which teaches us that ONLY Jesus was able to keep all the Law of Moses THROUGH the Eternal Spirit DWELLING in him to FREE us FROM the Law of Moses contained in ordinances which NONE of the Hebrew people of God were able to keep) God sending His own Son (MADE) in the likeness of SINFUL flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:”
So then, what the Law of Moses could NOT do because the FLESH was WEAK, God DID through sending the Son of MAN, Jesus, to die on the cross FOR our sins by setting a joy before him to ENDURE the cross, according to Hebrews 12:2.
In other words, God MADE His HUMAN Son of be SIN for us, according to 2 Corinthians 5:21 as opposed to God sending down His Son from heaven to become flesh.

“For He has MADE him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
Thus, this verse in Romans 8:3 does NOT prove that the Son of God pre-existed in the eternity past as Trinitarian Christians claims this verse means.
But rather, Romans 8:3 actually PROVES that Jesus was the fully HUMAN Son of His Creator, Almighty God the Father.
For you see, the Greek word “pempō” that is translated as the verb “sending” also means to TRANSMIT.

Apparently a primary verb; to dispatch (from the subjective view or point of departure, whereas ἵημι hiēmi [as a stronger form of εἶμι eimi] refers rather to the objective point or terminus ad quem, and G4724 denotes properly the orderly motion involved), especially on a temporary errand; also to transmit, bestow, or wield: - send, thrust in.
Total KJV occurrences: 81.
In other words, Isaiah 53:6 teaches us that Almighty God LAID the sins of the whole world upon His HUMAN Son to BEAR as the ONE sacrifice for sins that completely takes AWAY all sin by our FAITH in God’s GIFT of RIGHTEOUSNESS.
So then, the phrase, “in the LIKENESS of” actually means that the already HUMAN Son of God was MADE in the FORM of FLESH, as in, the form of SINFUL flesh to be MADE SIN for the sins of the world.
To say this another way, the ALREADY human son of God TOOK ON flesh, as in, SINFUL FLESH so that his DEATH could be the SACRIFICE for the sins of the whole world.
So then, the true sound Biblical meaning of the word being MADE FLESH is for a MAN to be MADE SIN for the sins of the world, so that WHOSOEVER BELIEVES might be saved and given the SAME GLORY that God gave to the Son of MAN, Jesus.
Thus, the CORE meaning of the Scriptures is that God MADE the Son of MAN, Jesus in the LIKENESS of the SINFUL FLESH of men to BEAR the sins of the world, according to Romans 8:3, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Psalm 51:4,5, Isaiah 53:4-12, Daniel 9:26, Galatians 3:13, 1 Peter 3:18-22, and 1 John 2:1-2, just to name a few Scriptures.
Please consider that Almighty God the Father is gathering WITNESSES to clear his name being blasphemed by the enemy.
And at the same time, Satan is also gathering his witnesses against Almighty God.
In other words, Revelation 1:5 and Revelation 3:14, Jesus is called the faithful and TRUE WITNESS, which actually means TRUTHFUL WITNESS.
And we as Christians, are also called WITNESSES in the Bible.
We also are warned in Matthew 7:21-23 that some Christians will depart from the faith and not be found as GOOD and FAITHFUL servants to enter into the joy of our Lord, according to Matthew 25:21-23.
So then, it is also possible for some Christians to be GOOD and faithful servants and TRUTHFUL WITNESS.
But it is ALSO possible for some Christians to be GOOD and faithful SERVANTS, but NOT good and TRUTHFUL witnesses for God.
Let me explain what I mean. According to Jesus in Matthew 12:36, on the Day of Judgment every human being will have to give an account for every IDLE word that we speak.
And thus, if what we CONFESS as our belief in who Jesus is does NOT AGREE with the God INTENDED meaning of who Jesus TRULY is according to what the Bible ITSELF teaches, then God can NOT use those Christians as His TRUTHFUL WITNESSES on the Day of Judgment.
In other words, the Christians who CONFESS that God Himself BECAME FLESH are actually witnesses for God’s ENEMY, Satan the Devil.
For you see, Numbers 23:19 clearly states as a FACT that God is NOT a MAN and NEITHER is God the Son of MAN!
So, I implore you to read the study that I have written called Numbers 23:19. Is Jesus God INCARNATE?
For you see, Trinitarian Christians do not TRULY consider the CONTEXT of Numbers 23:19, when they TRY to explain it away so that it does not CONTRADICT their man-made doctrine of the Trinity.

Section Two.
The purpose of this Verse Study on Romans 8:3 in section two, is to show my readers why the Bible ITSELF does NOT teach us that we are BORN with a NATURE to SIN.
For you see, some Christians wrongly teach that we are born with a SINFUL nature and that ONLY Jesus can live without sin.
And thus, some of those Christians do not fight against and resist sin in FAITH.
In other words, they do not believe that it is possible to overcome sin and live without sin.
Why would Jesus say in John 8:11 to go and sin no more if it was not possible to stop sinning?
Why would the Apostle John say in 1 John 3:3-11 that whosoever abides in Jesus does not sin, and if you do sin, then you do not understand Jesus, nor do you know him?
And why would the Apostle Peter say in 1 Peter 2:21-23 that Jesus, who did not sin, is our example to follow, if it is not possible to stop sinning?
If it is not possible to live without sin, then why are we warned that if we continue to live in sin, then we will not inherit the kingdom of God, according to 1 Corinthians 6:9,10, Galatians 5:18-25, and Revelation 22:14,15 plus many other verses of Scripture?
So then, let us begin this study in God’s word by reading Romans 8:3 from a few different translations to get a fuller meaning of the Greek words in the original text.

“God has done what was impossible for the law, since it, (Speaking of the Law of Moses) was WEAK because of selfishness. God condemned si in the body by sending His own Son to deal with sin in the same body as humans, who are controlled by sin.”

Here we see that Jesus had the SAME kind of human body as we all have.
And thus, if we are born with a so-called SINFUL NATURE, then so was Jesus.
For you see, Isaiah 42:1-9 clearly teaches us that God called Jesus to walk in righteousness and promised to hold his hand and HELP him.
Isaiah 42:6.
“I the LORD have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand, and will keep you, (Or I will guard you, protect you, and watch over you) and give you for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;”
And that same promise is given to all believers in Jesus as their Lord and Savior, according to Isaiah 41:10.

In other words, Jesus had the SAME EXACT WEAK fleshly human NATURE that every human being has been born with from the womb.
Jesus was TEMPTED to sin in every way that we are TEMPTED by Satan, the Devil.
And thus, it is NOT our so-called human NATURE that causes us to sin.
But rather, it is the SEDUCING evil spirits that ENTICE us to sin.
Neither Adam NOR Eve LUSTED after the flesh, UNTIL Satan came and TEMPTED Eve by speaking seducing LIES to her mind.
The TRUTH of the matter is that we were not BORN as sinners with a sinful nature, but rather, after we reached the age of accountability, we all sinned by being TEMPTED or enticed to sin as we listened to the lies of the enemy.
Romans 3:13.
“For all have SINNED, and come short of the glory of God;”
In other words, we BECAME short of that glory of God LATER after we SINNED and NOT when we were BORN!
It does NOT say that we were BORN short of the glory of God.
The Greek word translated as come short carries the meaning of LATER.
So then, there was a time from the moment we were born to the time BEFORE we sinned that we did NOT come or fell short of the glory of God.
Otherwise, no baby that dies can be saved, because babies and young children do not have the ability to have FAITH to be saved.

From G5306; to be later, that is, (by implication) to be inferior; genitively to fall short (be deficient): - come behind (short), be destitute, fall, lack, suffer need, (be in) want, be the worse.
The Apostle Paul teaches us that there was a TIME that he was ALIVE before spiritual death came and he died spiritually dead in his sins.
Romans 7:9.
“For I was ALIVE without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, (Or sin REVERSED life) and I DIED.”
The Apostle Paul also teaches us in Romans 2:14,15 that the Gentiles who do NOT have the Law of Moses show the works of keeping the law because they have the law of God written in their CONSCIENCE.
But just like the Jews do not always obey the Law of Moses completely every time, the Gentiles do not always obey their conscience completely every time.
Romans 2:14,15.
“For when the Gentiles, which have NOT the law, do by NATURE the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: (Now, if it was true that we are BORN with a sinful NATURE as some Christians CLAIM, then it would not be POSSIBLE to OBEY the law in our conscience by NATURE)
Romans 2:15. Which SHOW the WORK of the law (By NATURE) WRITTEN in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, (In other words, they had no condemnation in their conscience while they were obeying their conscience) and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;”
So then, the TRUTH of the matter is that we are BORN innocent and pure.
And then, Satan tempts, seduces, entices, and deceives us to sin.
And thus, ALL flesh CORRUPTS themselves, according to Genesis.
Genesis 6:12.
“And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; FOR (Or BECAUSE) ALL flesh had CORRUPTED his way upon the earth.”
And that is the TRUE sound Biblical God intended meaning of Romans 3:8, when it is correctly translated and correctly interpreted in the LIGHT of the WHOLE word of Almighty God.
No human is BORN with a sinful NATURE, but rather, we LEARN to corrupt our own minds and harden our own hearts to SIN against our conscience to FALL short of the glory of God, BECAUSE we all have SINNED at one time or another in our life.
Please read the Verse Study on Colossians 3:5 to learn HOW some people come into a more WORLDLY NATURE than other people.
And it was Satan, the DEVIL who entices us to SIN.
Now sadly, Christadelphian Christians do NOT believe that Satan, the Devil, is a REAL literal BEING.
And the Christadelphian Christians ALSO wrongly believe, as well as, some other church denominations, that God created EVIL and that Yahweh is the CAUSE of all of the EVIL in the world.
Plus, Christadelphian Christians, as well as other church denominations such as the Roman Catholic Church, sincerely, but wrongly believe in the FALSE doctrine of original sin.
And thus, they build their other man-made doctrines upon the false doctrine of every person being born with a so-called sinful NATURE.
