IS JESUS YAHWEH HIMSELF? Part 5
PART 5 OF THE FIVE-PART STUDY OF IS JESUS YAHWEH?
Here in part five of this study, the Trinitarian author raises the objection against the points and argument AGAINST the doctrine of the Trinity. And I will explain why his objections actually further prove that the doctrine of the Trinity is not sound Biblical teaching.
Answering Objections.
Cults and false religions often raise objections against both the deity of Christ and the doctrine of the Trinity. In what follows, key objections will be briefly summarized and answered.
This is yet another strategy that plants FEAR in the minds of those that simply have questions but when they hear and read the words, CULTS and FALSE RELIGIONS they fear to raise these QUESTIONS of doubt about the doctrines of the Trinity and the Deity of Jesus because NO Christian wants to be labeled as a CULT or a FALSE RELIGION. So many good honest sincere Christians remain silent struggling being alone without anyone to be able to openly confide in with their sincere questions of doubt that they have with the doctrine of the Trinity, the doctrine of Oneness, and the doctrine of the Deity of Jesus.
I want you to notice how this strategy of FEAR and intimidation is used below in all the following rebuttals to these honest sincere questions that many, many CHRISTIANS have. I know because thousands of Christians who write to me sharing their loneliness and REJECTION by those in the mainstream church simply because they QUESTION the doctrine of the Trinity.
Jesus Is the Son of God.
Some claim that because Jesus is the Son of God, He must be a lesser God than God the Father. Among the ancients, however, an important meaning of Son of is “one who has the same nature as.” Jesus, as the Son of God, has the very nature of God (John 5:18, 10:30, 19:7). He is thus not a lesser God.
First of all, a King can rule over his whole kingdom and then GIVE his Son to rule over a section of his kingdom. The FACT that he is a SON of the King does not have anything to do with the son being a LESSER king. Jesus was GIVEN all power UNDER heaven and OVER the EARTH while Yahweh the Father is THE God over the entire universe. And that is what makes Jesus as LESSER God under and subject to his God and Father. Being a Son and having the same nature have nothing to do with being EQUAL to or LESS than the Father. Jesus has the Father as HIS GOD over him and that is what makes Jesus be a LESSER God under Yahweh. Jesus was made Lord and God after the cross. So the word God is a TITLE and not a person. The true meaning of ONE God is that there is only one Almighty creator God who has always existed without ever having a beginning.
So this argument that humans beget humans and DIVINITY begets DIVINITY just does not hold water. For you see if one follows through with this line of reasoning, then Jesus would be fully DIVINE in nature having NO HUMAN nature. And if one argues that the mother of Jesus was HUMAN then Jesus would be a HALF BREED or half God and half man.
The TRUTH of the matter is that Jesus was conceived by the divine SPOKEN WORD of God coming down out of heaven. Please read the study “JESUS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD!”
John 5:18 is taken OUT of CONTEXT and when it is LEFT IN context it is clearly seen as a FALSE ACCUSATION of the Jews which Jesus refuted.
John 10:30 means that Jesus and the Father are ONE in AGREEMENT and NOT one, as in one and the SELF SAME BEING, and NOT, as in one and the SELF SAME God. The Bible itself teaches us in SIMPLICITY that the Father is the GOD OF his SON Jesus making the Father THE ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God over his Son Jesus, thus making Jesus a LESSER God UNDER his God and Father having been GIVEN all power and authority BY his God and Father. The human Jesus was given a new name higher than any other name to rule and reign for a 1000 years FOR his God and Father on his Father's THRONE in his FATHER'S kingdom that is called the kingdom of his dear SON.
The Father Is “Greater” Than Jesus.
Some cults argue that because Jesus said the Father is “greater” than Him (John 14:28), this must mean Jesus is a lesser God. Biblically, however, Jesus is equal with the Father in His divine nature (John 10:30). He was positionally lower than the Father from the standpoint of His becoming a servant by taking on human likeness (Philippians 2:6–11). Positionally, then, the Father was “greater” than Jesus.
First of all, the actual doctrine of the Trinity says the Father and Son are co-EQUAL where none is greater than or less than the other in ANY WAY.
So to me, this is nothing but MANIPULATION of words redefining the meaning of greater and redefining the doctrine of the Trinity itself. I have no problem with Christians NOT believing the doctrine of the Trinity AS it is taught by the Roman Catholic Church. BUT you need to call your doctrine by a NEW NAME other than the doctrine of the Trinity. No form of any doctrine of the Trinity allows for the so-called God the Son to have another God OVER him but yet the Bible itself clearly teaches us that the father is the God OF Jesus.
John 10:30 again means one in AGREEMENT. Jesus had to submit his OWN WILL to the will of his God and Father. Philippians 2:6-11 clearly teaches us that Yahweh stripped His divine word of prophecy of ALL its DIVINE NATURE. The Bible clearly teaches us that the word was made FLESH and that means that the spoken word of prophecy took on HUMAN NATURE. The word of God is NOT a separate divine being who always existed with God at His side in all the eternity past as some CLAIM.
The Bible ITSELF in PROPHECY does NOT teach us anything about a so-called God the SON, the second person of a Trinity Godhead who then came down out of heaven down to the earth to take on human nature. But rather, all the prophecies teach us that Yahweh’s spoken word became a HUMAN BEING and that IT was stripped of ALL ITS divine nature to take on the nature of humans.
Jesus is NOT the Father. The Father and the SON are TWO different and SEPARATE persons of beings. BEFORE the virgin birth of God’s human Son there was ONLY Yahweh ALONE and NO SON as yet. There was only Yahweh's desire WITHIN Himself to one day have a Son before the DAY that God BEGOT His human SON and named him Jesus. This DAY have I begotten you. And when Jesus was begotten BY the SPOKEN word of Yahweh Philippians 2:6-11 clearly states that Yahweh STRIPPED himself of ALL his DIVINE NATURE to take on HUMAN nature. The pronouns should read ITSELF of all ITS divine nature.
Jesus did NOT have ANY divine nature, UNTIL his God, and Father Yahweh GAVE his SON Jesus to HAVE the divine nature of IMMORTALITY even as the Father has LIFE in himself. The Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us that Jesus is the FIRSTBORN of every creature, which is speaking of God's NEW creation of IMMORTAL HUMAN beings. Jesus Is the Firstborn.
Some cults argue that because Jesus is the “firstborn of creation” (Colossians 1:15), He is a created being and hence cannot be truly God. Biblically, however, Christ was not created but is the Creator (Colossians 1:16; John 1:3). The term firstborn, defined Biblically, means Christ is “first in rank” and “preeminent” over the creation He brought into being.
The CONTEXT of Colossians 1:15 is speaking of God's NEW CREATION where Jesus is the FIRSTBORN from the dead one to become the FIRSTBORN among many brethren. Please read the study “EPHESIANS 3:9-11 DID JESUS CREATE ALL THINGS?”
I agree that Jesus is indeed pre-eminent and the head of his body but the word “firstborn” ALSO means the very FIRST human being to be BORN from the DEAD and GIVEN ETERNAL LIFE in himself. Jesus was NOT an eternal divine being BEFORE the cross and was not given divine nature UNTIL AFTER his obedience to do all his God and Father's will to OVERCOME God's enemy. This is all explained in detail in the study linked above, but for now, let us move on to the next point.
It is also an ERROR of interpretation to say that Colossians 1:1-17 teaches that Jesus is the creator of the entire universe or even that Yahweh created the universe THROUGH Jesus. Again, the context is speaking of God’s new creation of new creatures created IN Jesus Christ by being the MESSIAH.
Jesus Is Not All-Knowing.
Some cults argue that because Jesus said no one knows the day or hour of His return except the Father (Mark 13:32), Jesus must not be all-knowing, and hence He must not be truly God. In response, Jesus in the Gospels sometimes spoke from the perspective of His divinity and at other times from the perspective of His humanity. In Mark 13:32, Jesus was speaking from the limited perspective of His humanity (see Philippians 2:5–11). Had he been speaking from His divinity, He would not have said He did not know the day or hour. Other verses show that Christ, as God, knows all things (Matthew 17:27; Luke 5:4–6; John 2:25, 16:30, 21:17).
The question is NOT whether or not that Jesus knew things that NO man could possibly know, but rather, that Jesus did not know ALL things. So then, the question becomes HOW did Jesus know these things that NO MAN could know? The obvious SIMPLE answer is that Jesus knew the SAME way that the PROPHETS of the Old Testament knew things that NO MAN could possibly know if so be that Yahweh did not tell them. In other words, Jesus knew these things as a MAN and Prophet of God who could do NOTHING OF HIMSELF but OBEY all that his God and Father Yahweh TOLD and SHOWED his SON to do.
HOW did the prophet of old KNOW to throw a stick in the water to make an iron ax head float to the surface? Because that prophet was Yahweh HIMSELF? NO! Many thousands of times no. The prophet knew because Yahweh TOLD him what to do and he OBEYED Yahweh’s voice. We are not specifically told ever detail in every verse but when we interpret all verses in the light of the whole word of God then the HOW Jesus knew things that no man could know as HUMAN being is simple to answer. Jesus was TOLD what to do by his God and Father and he obeyed like the prophet of old throwing in the stick to make something impossible happen. The prophet had no power of his OWN. Jesus even said that he could do NOTHING OF himself and that it was the Father dwelling in him who did the works.
Again, the argument that Jesus had TWO NATURES at the same time during the days of his flesh is NOT taught to us in the Scriptures, but rather, it is read into the Scriptures by ASSUMING that the ONLY way Jesus could do the things he did is that if he was THE DIVINE ALMIGHTY God HIMSELF in the flesh. And the things that Jesus did NOT know and could NOT do then it was argued that it was only his “human” nature”. The man-made THEORY of Jesus having TWO natures was INVENTED to TRY and explain away the many CONTRADICTIONS that the doctrine of the trinity has with the clear, plain, and simple word of God. It was not made church doctrine until the FOURTH century.
But the Bible itself clearly and plainly teaches us that the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God the FATHER DWELT IN his SON Jesus and that is HOW Jesus did things that only the divine Almighty God himself could do. You do not have to make things up and say it “must be” that Jesus had TWO natures, one divine, and one human to explain HOW Jesus was able to do things that only the divine Almighty God can do. Yahweh was WITH Jesus by dwelling in Jesus. Jesus was EMPOWER by the Holy Spirit dwelling in him. Peter was thought to be a God because he healed the lame man.
The truth of the matter is that in the beginning, there was Yahweh in ONE person all ALONE, no son, no creation, only SPIRIT who has no beginning and is self-existent having life in Himself. Yahweh was alone with only his IMAGINATION. As Yahweh imagined WITHIN himself these IMAGES began to come out from God and Yahweh BECAME what he desired to become. We have already gone over the creation account of how God SPEAKS and God becomes what he speaks forth out of his mouth. We have already gone over Exodus 3:14 which literally reads “I SHALL BECOME WHO I AM BECOMING” tell them “I SHALL BECOME” sent you. We have already gone over how God speaking forth His word or saying out of His mouth in PROPHECY and how God's spoken logos has LIFE in itself to make alive. God is His word. God's saying becomes the IMAGE WITHIN Himself.
So in THAT SENSE, it was Yahweh HIMSELF who became flesh and dwelt among us. It was Yahweh Himself who stripped Himself of ALL His DIVINE NATURE to take on HUMAN nature. God is NOT a MAN and neither is God the Son of MAN. Yahweh becomes EVERYTHING He creates. But everything is NOT Yahweh. The word BECAME FLESH and NOT the word became flesh with TWO NATURES, one divine, and one human. The BIBLE does NOT teach us that Jesus had TWO natures. This is a made-up man-made doctrine of devils to keep Christians blinded to the ANOINTING of Jesus where Yahweh came to dwell in the FLESH of Jesus.
The ANOINTING came in the FLESH is the DOCTRINE of CHRIST. Some Christians DENY the doctrine of Christ by saying that ONLY Jesus can live without sin BECAUSE he is God which they INTERPRET to mean the Jesus IS the Almighty God HIMSELF. But the word of TRUTH teaches us that Jesus was EMPOWERED to do the things men saw him do. Now, SOME Trinitarian Christians now agree that Philippians clearly teaches us that he stripped himself of his divine nature but yet they CONTINUE to teach that Jesus has TWO natures because this is the only way they can explain verses of Scripture that contradict their man-made doctrine of the Trinity and the man-made doctrine of Oneness. They CLAIM that Jesus only LIMITED his divine nature. Christians have accused ME of stripping Jesus of his divine nature but it was Yahweh Himself who stripped the FORM that Jesus was in before the word was made FLESH of all ITS divine nature to become flesh taking of human nature. In other words the FORM that Jesus pre-existed in was the WORD of God. To say this another way, Jesus pre-existed in the FORM of PROPHECY before Yahweh Himself performed His own word of prophecy to come to pass or to be fulfilled.
There is also another interpretation of Philippians 2:6-11 which is that Jesus came to be in the FORM of God AFTER the cross. But even then the highly exalted Son of MAN Jesus still yet humbled himself and continued to consider himself to be a SERVANT of God. Jesus Prayed.
Some cults argue that because Jesus prayed to the Father, He could not truly be God. Biblically, however, it was in His humanity that Christ prayed to the Father. Since Christ came as a man—and since one of the proper duties of man is to worship, pray to, and adore God—it was perfectly proper for Jesus to address the Father in prayer. Positionally speaking as a man, as a Jew, and as our High Priest—“in all things He had to be made like His brethren” (Hebrews 2:17)—Jesus could pray to the Father. But this in no way detracts from His intrinsic deity.
No Christian denies that Jesus came from God. No Christian denies that Jesus is the SON OF God.
But what many Christians do indeed deny is the false teaching that Jesus was fully DIVINE and fully human at the same time having TWO natures, one DIVINE, and one human. For you see, this so-called two nature doctrine is BASED upon the ANALOGY that since humans beget humans then it must be also that God begets God or DIVINITY beget DIVINITY. Therefore, Jesus MUST be DIVINE and human as well because he was born of a woman.
But when this teaching was challenged saying that a true analogy would mean that Jesus was a half-breed, being half God and half man which was met with the teaching in the four-century that Jesus was FULLY God and fully man at the same time having two natures.
The truth of the matter is that the Bible itself does NOT teach EITHER of these THEORIES developed in the 3rd to 5th centuries. But rather, the Bible itself CLEARLY teaches us that whatever form Jesus was BEFORE that form of the SPOKEN word of Yahweh took on a HUMAN nature was indeed DIVINE in nature. God's word is Spirit and Spirit is of divine nature. BUT when these DIVINE nature Spirit words of Yahweh that quicken or makes alive took on a HUMAN nature that divine form LAID aside ALL his DIVINITY to become FULLY a HUMAN being in NATURE having NO advantage over any other human being. Then later as this HUMAN child grew to manhood he was GIVEN all power and authority BY HIS God and Father BECAUSE he was the son of MAN.
The Trinity Is Illogical.
Some cults claim the Trinity is illogical (“three in one”). In response, the Trinity may be beyond reason, but it is not against reason. The Trinity does not entail three gods in one God or three persons in one person. Such claims would be nonsensical. There is nothing contradictory, however, in affirming three persons in one God (or three whos in one what).
The fact is that the doctrine of the Trinity plainly states that the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, but not three different Gods. Rather, there is one God in three different persons or beings which is just as nonsensical as saying there is one God in one God. So yes, it is indeed nonsensical and makes absolutely no sense to many, many Christians. Unfortunately, SOME non-Trinitarian Christians have gotten involved with other groups of Christians that are in error on OTHER subjects. Even the ONENESS Pentecostal believers came out of the Roman Catholic Trinitarian church denomination called the Assemblies of God. Now the Oneness Christians have gone to the extreme on the OTHER end of the scale so to speak and DENY that Jesus is a SEPARATE DISTINCT person from Yahweh the Father.
Now IF the meaning of the word “God” is a TITLE of a JOB so to speak, then it makes sense to say that there are TWO whos or two separate persons who are in UNITY to perform the duties of the ONE TRUE God in ONE person who created Himself a God to rule for Him for 1000 years. So in truth, there are really only TWO whos in ONE what? This language of THREE whos in n what is the new argument for this REDEFINED doctrine of the Trinity in this Trinitarian article that we are examining in the light of the whole word of God. But that is NOT what the doctrine of the ACTUAL doctrine of the Trinity teaches. So this particular Trinitarian writer is not actually defending the so-called “Orthodox” doctrine of the Trinity. But rather, he or she has their OWN definition of the doctrine of the Trinity.
The Trinity Is Pagan.
Some cults have claimed the doctrine of the Trinity is rooted in ancient paganism in Babylon and Assyria. In response, the Babylonians and Assyrians believed in triads of gods who headed up a pantheon of many other gods. These triads constituted three separate gods (polytheism), which is utterly different from the doctrine of the Trinity that maintains that there is only one God (monotheism) with three persons within the one Godhead.
Obviously, this Trinitarian writer did NOT do much research on the triad gods in paganism. So I implore you to do your OWN research on this subject along with the ORIGIN of the Trinity doctrine. In truth, some pagans had three-headed idols with one body, as in, being one god with three heads. And they also had idols with one head but three faces. And these triad gods were worshiped as three in one god just like the doctrine of the Trinity as being the HIGHEST god over all their other gods. BUT the Pagan triad god was viewed as the creator who was above all their other pagan gods. So yes, the pagans were polytheists but their pagan TRIUNE god was also ONE god in three persons.
Also, taking into account the track record of the Roman Catholic Church making holy days to fit right in with PAGAN festivals it would not surprise me a bit if the VERY REASON for instituting the doctrine of the TRIUNE God was to appease the PAGAN Christians just like all the other ADDED doctrines and rituals the Roman Catholic Church added to appease the PAGANS. For you see, ALL the pagans were declared Christians by LAW and thus they were NOT true born-again Christians. Christianity was basically forced upon the pagans while at the SAME time the pagans were forced upon Christians. So all at once, the church had the job of teaching all the unsaved pagans and the pagan did not like the idea of giving up their gods INCLUDING their TRINITY God.
Our God Is an Awesome God.
We have seen that Jesus must be viewed as God by virtue of the fact that He has the names of God, the attributes of God, and the authority of God; He does the works of God, and He is worshiped as God. We have also seen persuasive scriptural pieces of evidence for the doctrine of the Trinity. Our triune God is an awesome God!
Yes, indeed, Our God Yahweh is an awesome God and so is his Son our awesome Lord and Savior who did not have to obey his God and Father to suffer and die on the cross for us, but he did and I am so thankful for BOTH the Father AND his SON Jesus, AMEN!

I assure you that every verse that SEEMS to be saying that Jesus pre-existed in eternity past has another meaning that does NOT contradict any other verses of Scripture in the entire Bible.

Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
