JOHN 1:10-13-BIBLICAL UNITARIAN MEANING!
Does John 1:10-13 prove that Jesus is the Creator of the world? Let us begin part 5 of this series of studies on John 1:1-18 by reading John 1:10-13 without any comments. And if you have not read parts 1-4 then you can find links to all of the studies that I have written concerning who Jesus is in the LIGHT of the WHOLE word of Almighty God in the heading >>>THE BIBLICAL UNITARIAN VIEW OF JESUS!<<<
John 1:10-13.
“He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Now, if you have previously been taught that Jesus IS Almighty God Himself, then your mind would be inclined to INTERPRET John 1:10 as Jesus being the Creator of the world.
But in truth, it is the God OF Jesus who Created the world. So God was IN the world by DWELLING IN His human Son Jesus. The pronoun he in John 1:10a is referring back to the TRUE LIGHT that was IN Jesus who walked IN the LIGHT, according to 1 John 1:5-7. Let us go ahead and read that passage of Scripture again.
Please read 1 John 1:5-6.
“This then is the MESSAGE (The LIGHT of the glorious gospel) which we have heard of him, (Or which we heard directly from Jesus himself) and declare unto you, that God IS LIGHT, and IN him is no darkness at all. (We must believe IN Jesus, the Son OF the LIVING God, before we can be IN Almighty God the Father, the God OF Jesus, according to John 3:36, 1 John 5:9-13, and 2 John 1:7-11)
6. If we say that we have fellowship with him, (Speaking of Jesus, as being the Christ or the ANOINTING that came in the flesh of Jesus, the Son OF the living God) and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7. But if we walk in the light, as he is IN the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
So then, the TRUE Light in John 1:8,9 IS Almighty God the Father Himself, the God OF Jesus. And when we are IN the Father the same as Jesus is IN the Father, then we have fellowship with one another and the blood of God’s Son, the ANOINTED Jesus, cleanses us from all sin.
And thus, the TRUE LIGHT who DWELT IN Jesus was in the word. And the world was made by the TRUE LIGHT which is Almighty God the Father, the God OF Jesus. And it is the Father who desires all men to be saved by faith IN His anointed Son, Jesus, according to Ephesians 1:3-5. It is the Almighty God the Father who is doing the RECONCILING the world back to Himself, according to 2 Corinthians 5:19.
Please read 2 Corinthians 5:17-21.
“Therefore, if any man be IN Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE: (This is what the LIGHT of the glorious gospel is all about. It is about God Himself CREATING as many new creatures as He can IN His anointed MAN, Jesus) old things are passed away; behold, ALL things are become new. (Speaking of the ALL of whosoever BELIEVES in Jesus to be created by God as a NEW creation of God, a new creature of righteousness. The word THINGS is NOT in the original Greek text)
18. And ALL things (Again, referring to the ALL of whosever believes to become new creatures IN God’s Son) are OF God, who has reconciled us to Himself by (Or THROUGH) Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19. To wit, (Or for us to testify or bear witness) that God was IN Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. (So then, it was God IN Jesus who is the CREATOR and NOT that Jesus himself is the Creator of God's new creatures created IN Jesus anointed)
20. Now then, we are ambassadors FOR Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be you reconciled to God. (In other words, John 1:11 means that Almighty God Himself came to His own beseeching His own THROUGH His Messiah, Jesus instructing His anointed Son what to do and what to say)
21. For He has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness OF God IN him.”
But God’s OWN people, the children of Israel did NOT receive Him BY NOT receiving His CHRIST, or His Messiah. To reject God’s Messiah is the same as rejecting God because they are rejecting God’s so great a SALVATION in God’s Son, Jesus.
Let us continue with John 1:10-13.
“He was in the world, (Speaking of God IN Jesus reconciling the word THROUGH His MESSIAH Jesus) and the world was made by him, (And God Himself made the world and the world was made FOR the SAKE OF His Son to INHERIT the worlds or the ages to come) and the world knew him not.
11. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. (Speaking of God dwelling IN His anointed human Son, Jesus, came unto His own people, the children of Israel to reconcile them to Himself, according to 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 which we just got through reading)
12. But as many as received him, (Speaking of as many who received God’s LIGHT of LIFE, the LIGHT of the glorious gospel received Almighty God the Father BY receiving His Son as their Messiah) to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his NAME: (Speaking of God’s Christ who came IN the NAME of Yahweh who GAVE the Son of MAN. Jesus a NEW NAME after the cross. Please read the study “WHAT DOES TAKING THE NAME OF THE LORD IN VAIN MEAN?”)
13. Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
All through the Bible Almighty God the Father is clearly identified as being the Creator or the world and the entire Universe. And the FEW verses that are INTERPRETED to mean the Jesus is the Creator are speaking of Almighty God the Father creating His new creation or NEW CREATURES created IN His Son Jesus Christ because they BELIEVE that the Son CAME OUT FROM God, according to John 16:27 and John 17:6-11.
Please read John 16:27,28.
“For the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I CAME OUT FROM God.
28. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, (Or more correctly, and I come into the world AGAIN, but for now) I leave the world, and go to the Father.”
Now read John 17:6-11.
“I have manifested Your name unto the men which You GAVE me out of the world: Yours they were, and You GAVE them to me; and they have kept Your word. (The LIGHT of the glorious gospel)
7. Now they have known that all things whatsoever You have GIVEN me are OF You.
8. For I have given unto them the words (Of LIFE in John 1:4 that is the LIGHT of men in the glorious gospel) which You GAVE me; and they have received them, and have KNOWN SURELY that I came OUT FROM You, and they have believed that You did SEND me.
9. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which You have GIVEN me; for they are Yours.
10. And all mine are Yours, and Yours are mine; and I am glorified in them. (Speaking of the ALL of whosoever BELIEVES)
11. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your OWN NAME those whom You have GIVEN me, that they may be ONE, AS we ARE.”
So then, ALL people BELONG to Almighty God the Father who created all people. Then ALL people fell short of the GLORY of God because all people have SINNED. And God is only going to save those who BELIEVE that Jesus is the Christ, the Son OF the living God. And to ME, Jesus IS the FULFILLMENT of the spoken word of PROPHECY of God that Yahweh Himself PERFORMED or FULFILLED to be made FLESH by being BORN of a woman who was a virgin. And then God MADE the Son of MAN. Jesus to BECOME a God under and subject to his God and Father to rule over the world to come in PEACE for 1000 years. And thus, Jesus is the WORKMANSHIP OF Almighty God the Father. And God is doing all of this to JUDGE Lucifer and the fallen angels BY the MAN whom He ordained and raised from the dead, according to Acts 17:29-31. And AFTER the 1000 year reign of Jesus which is when Satan and the fallen angels will be cast into the Lake of Fire to be destroyed, then Jesus will step down from ruling over the earth and commit the Kingdom back into his God and Father’s hands, according to 1 Corinthians 15:20-28 and Micah 4: 6-8.

And to me, the truth concerning who Jesus TRULY is, according to the Bible ITSELF, is the Biblical Unitarian view of Jesus.
Once Christians, Jews, Muslims, and even atheists understand the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And after you understand that the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
Then you can understand that God made His human Son to become “a” Lord, “a” King, and “a” God, under and subject to his God and Father in order to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
