Jesus Was MADE Lord AFTER the Cross!
***What Does Acts 2:36 TRULY mean?
Here is Acts 2:36 from the KJV. “Therefore, let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
Notice that it is AFTER the cross and resurrection that God MADE the Son of MAN, Jesus, Lord. I implore my readers to not judge this matter until you have read ALL of the sound Biblical Bible studies on this WHOLE matter, according to Proverbs 18:13.

What Acts 2:36 TRULY Means is the LIGHT
of the WHOLE word of Almighty God!
Church TRADITION teaches that Almighty God the Father sent down His divine Son from heaven to be the Savior of the world.
In other words, Trinitarian Christians “interpret” 1 Corinthians 15:47 to mean that God the Father sent the “Lord of heaven” down FROM heaven to be INCARNATED as a man.
And thus, church tradition teaches that the Son of God has ALWAYS existed as Lord, the Lord of heaven, the second person of a Godhead Trinity God.
But what does the Bible ITSELF teach us? Let us go ahead and read 1 Corinthians 15:47, and then we will compare Scripture with Scripture to learn the true sound Biblical meaning of Jesus being Lord of ALL.
1 Corinthians 15:47.
“The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.”
The Greek word “ek” that is translated as the English word “from” also means “in”. Notice that this verse says the second MAN is the Lord.
The word MAN means human and every human being is a MORTAL being UNTIL God gives a man eternal life.
Thus, no MAN always existed as Lord up in heaven in the eternity past. Therefore, no Lord was supposedly sent down FROM heaven to be incarnated as a man.
So then, a more accurate translation of this verse of Scripture in 1 Corinthians 15:47, is that “the second MAN is the Lord in heaven” and NOT the Lord from heaven.
Now let us compare Scripture with Scripture to see if this “interpretation” of 1 Corinthians 15:47, the Lord in heaven, agrees with the REST of the Bible.
Let us now read Acts 22-36 so that you can see that the God of Jesus MADE His HUMAN Son to become a Lord to join his God and Father on the Father’s throne.
Acts 2:22-36.
“You men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a MAN approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as you yourselves also know:
Acts 2:23. Him, (Speaking of the Son of MAN, Jesus) being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
Acts 2:24. Whom God has raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
Acts 2:25. For David speaks concerning him, (Or David PROPHESIED concerning the Messiah, Jesus, saying to his God, Yahweh) I (Jesus) foresaw the Lord (Yahweh) always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: (Or more correctly, He is my right hand, as in, Yahweh HELD the right hand of His human Son, Jesus, according to Psalm 139:10, and Isaiah 41:13)
Acts 2:26. Therefore, did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover, also my flesh shall rest in hope:
Acts 2:27. Because You will not leave my soul in hell, neither will You suffer Your Holy One to see corruption.
Acts 2:28. You have made known to me the ways of life; You shall MAKE me full of joy with Your countenance.
Acts 2:29. Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulcher is with us unto this day.
Acts 2:30. Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, He would raise up Christ to sit on His throne;
Acts 2:31. He, seeing this before, spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
Acts 2:32. This Jesus has God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
Acts 2:33. Therefore, being by the right hand of God EXALTED, and having RECEIVED of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he has shed forth this, which you now see and hear.
Acts 2:34. For David is not ascended into the heavens, but he said himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit you on My right hand, (In other words, come and JOIN Me on MY throne to SIT at My right hand as My Lord to rule over the earth for 1000-years)
Acts 2:35. UNTIL I make your foes your footstool.
Acts 2:36. Therefore, let all the house of Israel KNOW ASSUREDLY, that God has MADE that same Jesus, (The MAN approved of God) whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
So then, clearly, the Bible itself teaches us that the God of Jesus MADE the Son of MAN, Jesus, to BECOME a Lord under and subject to THE LORD for 1000-years UNTIL Yahweh subdues all His enemies in the world to come to be under the feet of His Messiah and Lord, the HIGHLY EXALTED Son of MAN, Jesus.
Now, some Trinitarian Christians may argue and say that the prophecy that Luke records Peter quoting is Psalm 16:8.
And the Lord in that verse is Yahweh. Therefore, they wrongly conclude that Jesus is Yahweh Himself, the LORD of heaven and earth.
But as usual, they take Psalm 16:8 out of its context. For you see, this is a PROPHECY of the Messiah speaking to his God and Father, Yahweh.
Jesus himself calls the Father the Lord of heaven in Luke 10:21-24.
Luke 10:21-24.
“In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and has revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in Your sight.
Luke 10:22. All things are DELIVERED to me of my Father: and no man knows who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and He to whom the Son will reveal Him.
Luke 10:23. And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see. (And, according to Hebrew 2:5-14 the very disciples of Jesus SEE or understand Jesus to have been MADE a little lower than the angels. And then, the Son of MAN, Jesus was HIGHLY EXALTED and CROWNED with glory and honor to RECEIVE POWER, according to Romans 1:4, Matthew 28:18, and Revelation 4:11)
Luke 10:24. For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which you see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which you hear, and have not heard them.”
Again, when we COMPARE Scripture with Scripture, then the Scripture will interpret themselves. Some may wonder WHY Almighty God CHOSE to use a MAN to be MADE both Lord and Christ.
So, let us look up the word “babes” and the phrase “a little LOWER that the angels”.
Please read Psalm 8:1-6.
“O LORD our Lord, how excellent is Your NAME in all the earth! Who has SET Your glory above the heavens.
Psalm 8:2. Out of the mouth of babes and suckling, You have ordained strength BECAUSE of Your enemies, THAT You might STILL the enemy and the avenger. (And that is WHY Almighty God Yahweh created the humans and the Son of MAN.
It was BECAUSE of the ENEMIES of God, who wage a WAR against God’s throne, as to WHY God created man and the Son of man)
Psalm 8:3. When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained;
Psalm 8:4. What is man, that You are mindful of him? And the Son of man, that You visit him? (The Hebrew word translated as “visit” also carries to meaning to BESTOW or appoint to be having charge over something.
And Jesus was GIVEN all power and authority rule over the earth in PEACE during the world to come for 1000 years to JUDGE Satan and the fallen angels.
Also, according to Isaiah 50:4-6, the Holy Spirit visited the child Jesus morning by morning TEACH His human Son the Scripture that prophesy of him as being the Messiah)
Psalm 8:5. For You have MADE him a little lower than the angels, and (You) have CROWNED him with glory and honor.
Psalm 8:6. You MADE him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet:”
In other words, the REASON that Yahweh CREATED the Son of MAN, Jesus, was to have DOMINION over the work of Yahweh’s hands.
And the REASON that Yahweh did that is to STILL His ENEMIES, Satan and the fallen angels.
