This job aid provides instructions for administrators working with students who have multiple academic records that need a graded registration on one new academic record.
Considerations
Refer to Adams State policies on the regulations surrounding internal credit.
Articulate Internal Credit for Student
From the Workday search bar, enter “Articulate Internal Credit for Student” task.
Within the Articulate Internal Credit for Student you have various options to complete the student’s internal credit review.
Select the Student, Target Academic Record, and Source Academic Record to work on a specific student record.
Articulate Select Registrations Only
Select OK and Workday will display a gride where you can:
Select registration to copy from the previous academic record to the new record.
Change the units or grades awarded for an articulated registration on the new academic record.
Remove an articulated registration
Enter zero value for Units to articulate graded registrations that did not earn credit but meant an academic requirement.
Articulated All Coursework from Source Academic Record
Select this option to display the Articulated Withdrawn Courses check box. This will allow you to select courses that earned a withdraw grade.
Source Credit
Within the source academic record, you can select:
Course Registration: View courses where a student received credit
External Articulate Registrations: View courses that a student received transfer credit from an external transcript.
