I move that the Goochland County School Board convene a closed meeting under The Virginia Freedom of Information Act in order to discuss and consider personnel matters involving the assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salary, discipline or resignation of employees of Goochland County Public Schools under Virginia Code §2.2-3711 (A)(1), and to discuss the disposition of real property under Virginia Code §2.2-3711 (A)(3).
