I move that the Goochland County School Board convene a closed meeting under The Virginia Freedom of Information Act in order to discuss and consider matters involving the assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salary, discipline or resignation of employees involving the employees and facilities of Goochland County Public Schools under Virginia Code §2.2-3711 (A)(19).
