I move that the Goochland County School Board convene a closed meeting under The Virginia Freedom of Information Act in order to discuss and consider several personnel matters involving the assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salary, discipline or resignation of several employees of Goochland County Public Schools, under Virginia Code §2.2-3711 (A)(1).
