My parents, all four of them, have taught me SO many things - how to bake, how to change a tire, how to put up a tent, how to use my voice - but it wasn't until Bill and I bought our first house and HIS dad bought us this Shop-vac that I was taught the magic that is this machine. It seems like a little thing, but it isn't. Just like learning to change a tire is a big deal - not the day you are taught it, but two years later on the side of the road, by yourself, the light bulb goes off. Same, for me, with this seemingly dumb machine.
