My biggest frustration today could be best described with the hashtag: #richpeopleproblems. Our awesome electrician did some great things today, including finalizing the pond fountain hook up. I was painting a bedroom when he wrapped up and it wasn't until much later in the day that I went out to actually try the fountain...
My biggest frustration today could be best described with the hashtag: #richpeopleproblems. Our awesome electrician did some great things today, including finalizing the pond fountain hook up. I was painting a bedroom when he wrapped up and it wasn't until much later in the day that I went out to actually try the fountain...
Do you see that little black circle floating alone out in the pond? Without water flowing through it....ugh. It HAS power. That wasn't the problem... Bill was at work. The instruction manual was left out in the rain and was turned to pulp. The internet was not yielding results and since it's Saturday, the office of the place where we bought the fountain is closed. And to add insult to injury...

I literally spent over an hour trying to work out this knot. I am usually great at knots. It's still knotted. Ugh. BUT, how can I complain? I'm complaining about a bleeping FOUNTAIN for my flipping POND. Soooo....yeah....if anyone has any experience with fountain timers, swing by. I'll bake you a cake, give you a beer, and love you forever.

To cheer myself up, I made you a little movie of a bunch of the lights that work in the house. Mind you, there are still MANY that do not - only because they were ripped right off the wall - but for now, enjoy this goofy video of lights that work in the Butter Firkin. I do have a brief commentary at the end, if you have sound. Also, check out what's 'chillin' in the middle of my dining room....yeah....whenever I'm down I just get an iced tea out of there....
