This strategical urban design intervention is to ensures that the villagers are to experiences the transformation of the Malay traditional village into a tranquillity urban traditional Malay Sarawakian village that intertwined between contemporary and conserving the existing culture of the village that in which to response on the macro and micro analysis.
The masterplan puts in place of an urban village that includes the low-rise apartment building, urban facilities for the villagers such as commercial buildings, boardwalk and jetty along the waterfront and a vast of public green space.
