The precedent study is based on a riverside/ boardwalk activity at an urban area in Malaysia or overseas. Students are to study in detail the space planning and design elements of the building/ linkages, discuss the interesting features of this development and demonstrate the understanding of architectural elements, environmental factors or the existing site context that contribute to the success/failure of the design.

When most think of E-sports, themed designs and futuristic elements combined are able to be envisioned. At the same time, this design adhered to it, as an obvious contrast to the older city of Petanak. Most are able to see the difference, and at the same time be encapsulated by the beauty of the shape of the design, a spaceship,emulated by the infamous Millenium falcon from Star Wars.
