"MELAU"

"MELAU" is inspired by Melanau Tall House that popular with it's height. The purpose of the building built in height act as protection place for the community around. The concept for this garment is take parts of the Melanau Tall House and translate it into fashion garment as protection system for the body. The function is similar to the house that protect people in it. Melanau tall house is important to their community because of that is their community centre and safe place for the protection purposes. That is why it built in height to prevent the attacks from Iban's people.
