The precedent study is based on a riverside/ boardwalk activity at an urban area in Malaysia or overseas. Students are to study in detail the space planning and design elements of the building/ linkages, discuss the interesting features of this development and demonstrate the understanding of architectural elements, environmental factors or the existing site context that contribute to the success/failure of the design.

The design of this building emphasize the attraction to all generations in order to create a new environment and to enhance the value of existing community. Which is why the building is divide into 4 differents programme. The site programme were design to sustain the neighbourhood and society. The design are intended more to the presevation of the community while enlighten it with a humble atrraction.
