"Forest"

To be destinated in India street, Kuching. This kiosk futured dynamic shape that derived from the previous garment project. Forming a connection of relationship between the garment and the kiosk itself. Vertical elements also has been added to the kiosk, to introduce the forest atmosphere, amplifying the story of the garment origin.

Inspired from the history of India Street, tensile structure has been used for this design to remind the popularity of fabric and textile selling in the India Street. The "kaki lima" of the existing shop house also inspired the wooden frame structure design which buffer the zone from the kaki lima to the kiosk. Thus, forming a form connection from the old to the new one.
