The precedent study is based on a riverside/ boardwalk activity at an urban area in Malaysia or overseas. Students are to study in detail the space planning and design elements of the building/ linkages, discuss the interesting features of this development and demonstrate the understanding of architectural elements, environmental factors or the existing site context that contribute to the success/failure of the design.

For the final project, students were to create a digital sports centre. The sport and concept that I have chosen for this project circulates around racing and riding motorbikes and cars. There would be virtual reality around the whole building with racing motives as decorations. The whole idea and concept of these ideas would be tied around a very futuristic setting. Hence, a similar theme from the movie “tron” was used. The end result creates a brilliant futuristic sports bike centre for bikers and racers to frequent day and night and enjoy the things that make them bikers.
