The precedent study is based on a riverside/ boardwalk activity at an urban area in Malaysia or overseas. Students are to study in detail the space planning and design elements of the building/ linkages, discuss the interesting features of this development and demonstrate the understanding of architectural elements, environmental factors or the existing site context that contribute to the success/failure of the design.

THE GAP between the generation, THE GAP between ages, THE GAP between digital sport and traditional sport. Theses gaps are the missing link between both parties and activities. There might be some misunderstanding, miscommunication and discrimination within it but from the time changes, the gap in between is can be reduced till there is a co-existence location where both type of activities can be played simultaneously or even integrated together for a better living environment of the surrounding community.
