"Komorebi-Stop"
Emphasizing the effect of filtering sunlight through the leaves (Japanese - KOMOREBI) from Sarawak's largest rainforest in Malaysia, Komorebi-stop serve as a functional bus stop by replicating the basic component of trees such as trunks and branches for the facade. It's equipped with screening for dust resistance from the highway and simultaneously increasing the facade value. The roof for komorebi-stop is made up of patterned cross laminated timber (CLT) to fully grasp the effect of filtering sunlight (komorebi), secured with transparent polycarbonate layer for rain resistance.
