The concept of the masterplan to link back the missing links which are the lack of younger generation visitor, lack of greenery and linkage between 3 sites. With the design of the rotunda bridge able to promote the linkage between the site, it also can promote the circulation and movement of the pedestrian to experience the views and sensory of the surrounding. Walking along the boardwalk can enjoy and interact with the beautiful scenery of Sarawak River and the water activities of the surrounding villages. At site A is a place where there is a self-sustainable economy chain can happen there due to the fisherman unloading bay, market, the floating seafood restaurant and other economy activities help the opposite villagers to have a place to sell their product. At site B is a transportation hub mainly to accommodate visitor arrival to the area either by land or water taxi transportation. At site C is a public open park to provide a family gathering space and event space for performance.
