The main objective of this proposal is to give network or to weave the cultural and historical value of the area as part of the master plan, also by integrating urban life and environmental protection.
The main objective of this proposal is to give network or to weave the cultural and historical value of the area as part of the master plan, also by integrating urban life and environmental protection.
The aim is to weave together the connection between past and present vibes within the area, cultural relationship, functional and everyday relationship between the residents and the area. Original designs for the site focused on achieving a better ventilation to the surrounding area to response to the context as well as the public concern on the quality of living environment. The designed masterplan will providing walkable streetscapes, mobility hubs and revived shoplots as well as considering investment returns which ready for residential and live-work generation though connectivity which blend the sites that serve people around the area.
