1 can coconut milk
1 c. sugar
tapioca pearl
Amyl Acetate flavoring essence
jackfruit
sweet coconut gel
Mix sugar with coconut milk and 3 cans of water in large pot and bring to a boil.
Cook tapioca pearl until clear. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add tapioca to coconut milk with a few drops of flavoring essence.
Add fruit and coconut gel. Serve with ice.
