1 c. chia seeds
3 c. unsweetened coconut milk
1 c. water
1 t. vanilla
2 T. honey
Add the coconut milk and water to a container with a lid.
Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top and stir in a little at a time until all of it is combined.
Stir in the vanilla and honey.
Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Stir again to combine all of the ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Top with fruit and serve cold.
