Pasta: radiatore, small shells, or rotini
cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
cucumbers, quartered and sliced
cheese, cubed cheddar, feta, or your preference
Vinegar based dressing: Tuscan House, Sun-dried Tomato, or Balsamic Vinaigrette
Cook pasta until it is al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain.
Toss pasta with the other ingredients. Chill.
Top with dressing when ready to serve.
