Topping
½ c. packed brown sugar
¼ c. peanut butter
½ c. flour
3 T. butter
chocolate chips
Mix ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. packed brown sugar
½ c. peanut butter
2 t. baking powder
2 eggs
½ t. baking soda
¼ c. butter
¼ t. salt
chocolate chips
Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, peanut butter, eggs, and butter.
Beat on low speed about 3 minutes or until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with topping and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
