2 c. all purpose flour
1 ¾ c. boiling water
½ c. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. cream of tartar
food coloring
Combine flour, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix well.
Stir in boiling water, oil, and food coloring. Let cool 10 minutes.
Place dough on countertop and mix until smooth, adding more flour if necessary.
Store in an airtight container.
