15 oz. can of pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
2 t. cinnamon
5 oz. evaporated milk
Combine ingredients and pour into crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until center is set.
