3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 t. peppermint extract
few drops of food coloring
Stir together softened cream cheese and peppermint extract in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Knead in the last of the sugar with your hands. Add food coloring.
Form into small balls and flatten on a paper towel.
Allow to dry, then turn. Store in the refrigerator or freeze.
