1 can kidney beans
1 can northern beans
1 can lima beans
1 can baked beans
1 can navy beans
1 can pinto beans
½ c. barbecue sauce
¼ c. mustard
1/3 c. ketchup
½ c. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
4 slices of bacon
Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in a large baking dish or crock pot.
Top with bacon. Simmer 6-8 hours on low in crockpot.
Or, bake uncovered in oven at 450 degrees for about 1 hour.
Let cool slightly before serving to allow sauce to thicken.
INSTANT POT:
Drain all beans except for the baked beans. Combine all ingredients.
Manual setting for 7 minutes and allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. Remove lid and allow to cool for 10 minutes to thicken.
